Horse Frontier

I needed to make a birthday card for my horse mad daughter, so I knew exactly which stamp set I needed.  Using the polka dot embossing folder to give texture to the background stamped with the horse shoe and the oval framelets to cut-out the horse topper.  The chocolate chip theme gave a perfect backdrop with papers and ribbon to match (Stampin Up are so good at that lol).

Not long now.......

The end of this month sees the retiring lists being published in readiness for the new catalogue.

If you would like a copy of the lists please let me know, but be warned items disappear very quickly !!!!!

With the new catalogue we are getting a colour refresh, some colours are disappearing and others coming back but there are some new lovely colours too  :-)

Charity Crafting Event....

Come and join us for some crafty fun on Saturday 15th June for a crafty make and take in aid of Rowcroft Hospice.

We will make 5 cards, there will be light refreshments available and a super raffle with lots of crafty prizes from local craft shops.

The setting is the beautiful Rainbow House at the Hospice.

Project Nights

Project nights are based on particular techniques or themed make and take events.

Our next project night is based on men's cards, and is on Thurs 23rd May.  We will make 6 cards on a make and take basis. The cost is £10. There is a raffle and light refreshments.

Booking for this night closes on Friday 17th May, places are limited so please book early :-)

This picture is of the techniques book we made at one of our previous project nights :getting to grips with rubber stamping. On this night we explored use and care of stamps, and made pages using different techniques.
